Fatal Las Cruces Accident

Dona Ana County Sheriffs have their hands full investigating a recent wrongful death car accident that left one dead, one hospitalized, and the other on the run from police.  According to police the accident occurred when the driver of the vehicle was under the influence and got into a single vehicle car accident.  During the accident, the vehicle apparently rolled several times.
